What are certified funds? 

Certified funds include the following:

• Wire transfer
• Real-Time Payment
• Certified check
• Cashier's check

💡 Tip: Payments made through your ServiceMac online account don't qualify as certified funds—so, you can't pay using your ServiceMac online account in the situations outlined below where certified funds are required. 

When are certified funds required?

The following situations will always require certified funds:

• Re-amortizations
