Make your mortgage payment online through your Homeowner Account. Here’s how:
- Log in to your account
- Go to the “Overview” page
- Select “Make a Payment”
- Choose what you want to pay: Total Amount Due, Prepayments, or Only Additional Principal and Escrow
- Scroll to “Bank Account” and choose the account you’d like to use
- Select your “Payment Date”
- Finish by clicking “Make Payment”
Understanding what you want to pay:
| Total Amount Due | Select this option if you intend to pay your total amount due |
| Prepayments | Select this option if you want to prepay additional months’ payments |
| Only Additional Principal and Escrow | Select this option if you don't want to make a monthly payment but want to make a payment toward principal and escrow |
